How to Order!

Securing Your Special Date

A £5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your date. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your cake.

Personalising Your Cake

When you place an order for your cake or bake, we'll chat to discuss all the details and finalize a design and flavor that you'll absolutely love!

Deposit and Payment Details

Once we've confirmed the specifics of your order, a 50% deposit is required to allow me to source the necessary supplies and ingredients for your cake.

For orders totaling £30 or less, full payment is required at the time of booking.

After the deposit is received, I will provide you with the full collection address and a contact number.

Finalising the Details

Once the deposit is received, a contract will be emailed to you outlining your order details and my full terms and conditions. Please review, sign, and return the contract via email or post at least one week before your collection date.

Completing Your Order

The final payment is due once you receive a photo of your completed cake, which will be sent either the evening before or the morning of your collection.

Additional Information

I accept bank transfer, depending on customers circumstance a cash payment can be made also, however its the customers responsibility to ensure the necessary deposits are paid on time.

I do not cater to any allergies. All of my baked goods are cooked in a domestic kitchen and may contain or have come into contact with the following:

  • Celery

  • Cereals containing gluten

  • Crustaceans

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Gluten

  • Lupin

  • Milk

  • Molluscs

  • Mustard

  • Peanuts

  • Sesame

  • Soya

  • Soybeans

  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

  • Tree nuts

I am fully insured and registered, gloves, apron and hair nets are worn.

* For holiday bakes full payment is required upon booking, I can not save any spaces as I get booked up quickly.

 

Unfortunately as I can only offer these bakes at a discounted cost due to baking in bulk, I can not change the collection date or offer the same thing at the same cost for a different date.

 

A few days prior to the collection date a time slot will be given to collect your bake, if your running a bit late or early, please drop me a message to let me know.

Failure to collect the bakes on the collection date will cancel your order.*

​

If you have any complaints with your order please bring all or the majority of it back to Mad Batter to inspect, within 3 days of the collection date.
